- Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the relationship between Recovery Place AG (hereinafter referred to as “Recovery Place”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). - Cosmetic services
Recovery Place provides non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments as a service. The duration of treatment depends on the agreements made in the individual case. The treatment period begins at the agreed time. An extension of the booked treatment is only possible spontaneously if other appointments are not affected.- Making appointments for cosmetic services
Bookings for appointments are binding. If the customer is unable to keep an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance by telephone or in writing (letter or email), and if during the weekend, at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the cancellation is not made in time, the booked treatment or at least CHF 100 will be charged. This also applies to free consultations. The chosen beautician is not binding, and can be replaced by another. - Invoicing and terms of payment for cosmetic services
Invoices for treatments must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If the fees are not paid on time, interest on arrears and other costs may be incurred. Outstanding claims and debt collection can be passed on to third parties.

Recovery Place provides services in the field of aesthetic dermatology. These GTC and the medical information on the homepage are not a substitute for advice and/or treatment by doctors.- Appointments for medical services

If the cancellation is late or not made in time, the booked treatment or at least CHF 100 will be charged. This also applies to free consultations. - Invoicing and terms of payment for services

The general terms and conditions of the online store at: www.recoveryplace.ch apply to orders for products. - Liability
Liability in the context of cosmetic treatments
The customer must notify us in writing of any obvious treatment defects within 3 calendar days of recognising the defect. Otherwise, warranty rights are excluded. Further warranties and guarantees, also with regard to the compatibility and success of treatment methods and products used, are not given.
The liability of Recovery Place and its vicarious agents is limited to gross negligence and intentional acts. The above limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of culpable injury to life, body and health, and for the quality of the product and fraudulently concealed defects. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, any claims for damages shall be limited to typical and foreseeable damages. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Claims for damages against Recovery Place expire three months after the contractually stipulated end of the treatment if the claims are not asserted within this period.
Recovery Place cannot be held liable for damages caused by incorrect information and/or omission of essential information by the customer. - Treatment of minors
Recovery Place does not provide medical treatment to minors without the written consent of a legal guardian. - Vouchers
Vouchers can only be used to pay for treatments offered at the time of redemption and during opening hours.
The vouchers we offer for treatments are valid for their defined duration. Vouchers must be redeemed within the voucher validity period.
Cash payment, even of remaining amounts, should the value of the voucher exceed the amount to be paid, is not possible. Likewise, Recovery Place does not accept an exchange of the vouchers for goods or for vouchers in the online store.
In the event of loss or theft, the voucher will not be replaced. Recovery Place cannot be held liable. - Subscriptions
Subscriptions can only be used for the specified services / treatments. They cannot be offset against other services/treatments. Passes are personal and cannot be transferred. Subscriptions expire 18 months after issue at the latest. Refunds of paid subscriptions are not possible. - Data protection
Your personal data will always be treated confidentially, and will only be used and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
The customer agrees that their personal data may be used for advertising for their own and third-party purposes (e.g. delivery of a customer newsletter and participation in our own competitions). The customer can prohibit the processing of personal data at any time without giving reasons and revoke the consent given for the future. - Release from medical professional secrecy
In order to carry out the treatments and operations, Recovery Place is dependent on processing the Client’s health information, which may be subject to professional secrecy (Art. 321 Swiss Criminal Code). The Client expressly releases the employees of Recovery Place, insofar as they are subject to professional secrecy, from professional secrecy with regard to all information and documents that the Client makes available to Recovery Place.
The Customer agrees that
Recovery Place may forward the data required for invoicing and collection to the (name/address of the clearing office) or to its collection agency (name/address of the clearing office’s collection cooperation partner), may provide the debt enforcement office with the information required for debt collection in the event of persistent default in payment, and may provide the competent court with the information required to enforce the fee claim. - Self-payer services
All services provided by Recovery Place AG are exempt from cost sharing by health insurance companies. All services are self-pay services - Final provisions, place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Should a provision be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of all other provisions or agreements.
The court in Zurich is responsible for any disputes. Swiss law applies.
These GTC are valid from 01.06.2024.
